The hotel boasts a beachside location. It was amazing. there were multiple infrastructures available. i really enjoyed the access to watersports. It added excitement to the vacation.

The balcony cleanliness was not great. The floor and furniture were dirty. the walls were also super thin. I could hear a lot of noise from next door. i don't think i would return here because of this. The weather was the best thing.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

The staff was lovely and very child-friendly. The beach is unbelievably beautiful, right at the hotel doorstep. Food was good, with a nice selection available . We enjoyed every moment of our week here, thanks to the staff and management.

We were disappointed that the hotel did not enforce its stated policy about reserving sunbeds before 9 am, making it difficult to find a spot by the pool.

The room had fresh towels daily and was kept nice and clean by the maid. The air conditioning worked very well and was quiet. The room had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is in close proximity to two beautiful white sand beaches. The beaches have crystal clear water and offer various water activities. The location is ideal for accessing Makronissos Beach within a short walk.

The staff was always cute and happy and they were very helpful. Jana from guest relations was especially great to deal with. The reception team were amazing and helped to resolve all our issues.

Maria in Guest Relations is kind. Nikos, the Restaurant Manager, does his job with heart. Antonia at Reception is helpful and cute. The services are great and the environment is beautiful.

great stay with amazing staff!

expansive grounds quick service super clean room

The hotel grounds are expansive offering many spots for relaxation in sun or shade. bars were well-staffed. Service was consistently quick. the beach bar became a favorite for morning coffee and chats with maria. the hotel and room were super clean providing a comfortable environment.

The food choices could be improved. I found limited options in the hot food section, while the salads were a good choice. evening adult entertainment was lacking. i would have preferred something other than a parrot show.

The restaurant provided a variety of food choices. I found many options for breakfast and dinner. vegetarian and vegan options were clearly labeled and plentiful, offering diverse meals for everyone. i liked the layout of the buffet. It was easy to navigate.
